Please be aware that a warranty could be voided for any item in our store which has been damaged (negligence, normal or improper use), altered, poorly maintained, stored, or handled by the user. All specific issues regarding a product that don’t meet customer satisfaction will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Warranty does not cover any product that is damaged or delivered defective, due to:

• A result of an accident, misuse, or abuse
• Modification of the product
• By normal wear and tear
• Assembly using incorrect tools

We inspect our inventory for quality and consistency by hand.
